Meet the Stamp Team
We are a husband, wife and son team of realtors who owned and operated Century 21 Granite Realty Group since 1998, prior to selling it this year to new owners. We have loved the real estate industry for a long time and intend to continue to work as realtors with Century 21 to serve our long list of satisfied buyers and sellers that we have had the privilege of working with over these many years.
Derrell was licensed in 1987 and after 11 years in the business decided to form Century 21 Granite Realty Group with his wife Kim. Together we owned and managed the business for 11 years, growing it from a small one office operation to a three office operation with over 25 sales and support staff. Derrell has twice been president of the local real estate board and is an active sports lover. He is a member of the Haliburton Highlands Outdoors Association and helps out at the local fish hatchery.
Kim was licensed in 1995 and worked with Derrell in a partnership until opening up their Century 21 business. Kim shows as much dedication to her real estate business as she does to other areas of her life, including Mother, Nana, Past Vice Chair of the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Board and recently past president of her local lake association.
Greg was licensed in 2005 and has worked independently as a salesperson with Century 21 Granite Realty Group until this year when he has now joined forces with his parents to form the Stamp Team. Greg has been very successfull as a realtor and looks forward to continued growth in his business. Greg is also an avid lover of many sports and the outdoors in general.
We are proud to inform you that a portion of any commission that we earn is given to a local charity, Cottage Dreams, which is a supporter of cancer survivors and their families. The program provides one week for the whole family, free of charge, at a local cottage. It is a wonderful program and one that we are proud to support.
